MetaPWR is the newer workout from Metafit. Sticking to Metafit fundamental HIIT training principles, this is a 40 minute power circuit using functional kit, to work muscle and boost metabolism.
Think ‘old school’ circuit training, but with functional equipment, battle ropes, power bags, slam balls and more.
The class is a mix of body weight and equipment based exercise… it’s addictive and our clients keep coming back for more!
These classes run with a wide selection of equipment and weight and so can be adapted for all abilities.
