We can all benefit from improved balance, quicker feet, and a faster reaction time and this is exactly what SAQ Drills help you achieve.
- Metapro Personal Training: Varied exercises and combinations to give our individual clients measurable goals, targets and specific 1 to 1 coaching.
Pro classes can be adapted for all abilities but if you are new to fitness or returning to fitness after a break we would recommend starting with one of our other HIIT programs before working your way up to PRO.
