Metafit HIIT Training

Created in 2010 by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast, Metafit is the original High Intensity Interval Training workout. 30 minute, non-choreographed, bodyweight only sessions that set the metabolism on fire.

When your workout goes back and forth between high and low-intensity activities like Metafit, it improves your anaerobic and aerobic fitness, which helps you burn more fat in less time than longer endurance training.

Not for the faint-hearted but suitable for all abilities and can be adapted to an individual’s needs from beginner to hard-core HIIT trainer.
