This class is perfect for anyone who would like to improve their overall fitness, strength, co-ordination and balance in a friendly environment. The focus of the class is on having fun and meeting new people while keeping us older adults strong, healthy and independent through dance-based aerobics and resistance exercises.
Classes run for 45 minutes and include a variety of aerobics, chair exercises and resistance training using anything from, bands, dumbbells or bodyweight only.
Whether you are new to exercise, returning to exercise or if you just want to try something new this is the perfect place to start.
