Our outdoor Bootcamps offer a varied, fun and more challenging whole-body workout that builds strength, fitness and endurance through a wide variety of exercises from body weight only push ups and squats, to taking on the battle ropes and flipping truck tyres! Timed intervals of varied work intensity, often working in teams to push each other to the limit!
A great class to try something new, have fun and meet new people. These classes are tough but even a beginner can come along and give them a go. There is something for everyone!
