1 to 1 Personal HIIT Training Sessions

If you are new to exercise or returning from a break from exercise. Sessions are designed to be fun and improve your overall fitness in a measured and achievable plan, where we set your goals together and work as a team to achieve them. These sessions are a great way of introducing you to HIIT training and getting you to grips with technique if you are feeling less confident about joining group exercise from day 1.

30 Minute Sessions
