We pride ourselves in offering highly effective group exercise classes, in a safe, fun and friendly environment. Each of our clients is treated as an individual and will be given specific exercises to ensure they get the most out of every second they spend with us.
We offer 1to1 sessions for clients who want that extra support, whether they are just starting their fitness journey or if they want to push their fitness to another level. You can also take advantage of our buddy scheme, for those who want the benefits of 1to1 training but don’t want to do it alone – book with a friend share the cost and hold each other accountable!
It is not about the person standing next to you it is about you, about how you feel and finding something you love, a fighting spirit that keeps pushing you to get to class, through the class and back for your next session!
